Have I potted off the break?:- YES - you must choose a colour(otherwise 2 visits and open table). If you choose a colour that was potted on the break, you are on that colour no matter what you do with your next shot. If you choose a colour that was not potted off the break, you must pot to be on them, otherwise open table. NO - open table to oncoming player. Cushion Rule Every shot, AFTER the white has touched the object ball, a ball(any ball) must either be potted or touch a cushion, otherwise 2 visits. Rules following a foul No re-spot of the white or free ball(2 shots do carry) unless you cant hit both extreme edges of one of your balls(ie like a free ball in snooker). If you cant hit both extreme edges you can then take either a free ball or re-spot the white. |
